YEESTOR eMMC5.1 controller YS8297 uses 28nm process, which is currently the most advanced eMMC5.1 controller in the world, with shorter data input and output latency, significantly improved signal immunity and excellent power consumption performance. YS8297 supports 2D MLC, 3D TLC/QLC NAND Flash, ONFI 3.X, Toggle 2.0 Flash interfaces, sequential read/write speeds up to 330/230MB/s, and support 1.8V and 1.2V interface voltages.
Equipped with a new generation of high-performance LDPC error correction engine and supporting BCH, it effectively supports the new generation of NAND Flash and is compatible with Flash of different processes, providing E2E end-to-end data protection, further enhancing the reliability of eMMC and supporting applications in consumer electronics, industrial grade, etc.
